San Antonio’s residential real estate market is bursting at the seams. With home prices rising year after year, and more buyers feeling comfortable with the thought of buying, the market is providing a recipe for success for many real estate agents. While many agents are holding their own in the market, a few agents have risen above, being recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal in their recently published lists of top real estate agents in the city. Every year, the San Antonio Business Journal ranks the top 50 individual real estate agents, top 25 real estate teams, top 25 luxury agents, and the top farm and ranch agents in the area. Although many factors contribute to who makes the list, agents are ranked according to their gross closed sales based on the prior year's numbers.
As San Antonio and surrounding areas’ housing market has grown stronger, so have the numbers an agent has to achieve in order to make the cutoff for the list. While agents making over $10.6 million made the list last year, this year even more had to be made in order to qualify. At $22.8 million, The Claus Team is proud to announce that they made the #14 spot on the 2015 SABJ top 25 teams list.
At the Annual Real Estate Awards, held by the SABJ at the JW Marriott on April 9th, The Claus Team was honored among 113 other winners. This is the 16th year in a row that the team has been recognized.

As far as what to expect in 2015, Claus predicts a record year, on track to do nearly 30 million in sales. And with the record first quarter the team just had, they may reach that number sooner rather than later.
