Eric hails from The Twin Cities, Minnesota, where he gained an early appreciation for the positive impact Realtors can have in the lives of their clients. For Eric, real estate is more than just a career, it’s his family legacy. Both of Eric’s parents have been successful Realtors for over three decades, instilling in Eric a passion for the business and a deep-seeded dedication to delivering exceptional client-centered service.

In addition to his early exposure to the family business, Eric has had lots of experience as a client, thanks to the 12 moves he made during his decorated 22-year military career as an Air Force Officer. According to Eric, his most successful military relocations were always handled by Keller Williams agents, so when it came time to retire from the military, Eric knew his next career move would be to join the award-winning Claus Team at Keller Williams Heritage.

As a dedicated, specialized Buyer’s Agent and Certified Military Relocation Professional, Eric takes the time to get to know each of his clients, and understand their unique needs and requirements. He helps each client set their priorities, which Eric then uses as a guide when seeking out their perfect home. Once he finds the right home, Eric uses his finely tuned negotiation skills to secure the best possible purchase terms for his clients.

Eric currently resides in New Braunfels with his wife Lisa, a retired Army Nurse. When Eric isn’t busy negotiating on behalf of real estate buyers, he enjoys supporting young local athletes in his community. Eric volunteers as a coach and official, and when not in uniform, Eric can be found cheering on his favorite teams during his annual trip to the NCAA Frozen Four Hockey Tournament.
