Cibolo Valley Ranch
A new home community by Lennar Homes, Cibolo Valley Ranch is a “close-knit community of families near Randolph AFB.” Located just off I-35 in Cibolo, these one and two story homes range in price from $207k to $270K. With neighborhood amenities including a lush community park with a splash pad, a playground, and an active HOA, this community offers activities for all seasons. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the high school and only 5.5 miles away from the base, commuting is a breeze.
Bentwood Ranch
Also in Cibolo, Bentwood Ranch offers a variety of housing for sale. Ranging from the high $100k price point to mid $300k price point, this neighborhood is a short 6.4 miles away from Randolph AFB. With a pool open from April to October, basketball courts, and close proximity to shopping, this neighborhood fits just about anyone’s lifestyle.
Woodbridge
Located between FM 3009 and Schertz Pkwy, Woodbridge is just 4.4 miles away from RADFB. Priced from the mid to upper $200’s, this neighborhood features large homes, upwards of 2,000 square feet. With most of the homes built in the early 2000’s, Woodbridge is an established community consisting of a little over 100 homes. While there is not a community park or pool, the neighborhood is minutes from I-35, close to schools, shopping, and entertainment.
Deer Creek
Consisting of homes featuring mature landscaping and well-manicured yards, Deer Creek is located just 5.5 miles from RAFB. The neighborhood consists of homes with between three and five bedrooms and boasts wide-open streets, jogging trails, a park with a BBQ area, tennis courts, and volleyball nets. The average price of home in Deer Creek is approximately $250k, ranging in square feet from 2,250 to over 3,000.
