North East of San Antonio, Falcon Ridge is located in the Cibolo area, near two major arteries – Farm to Market road (FM) 3009 and FM 78. Conveniently, Grocery, drug stores, restaurants and other retailers are all nearby. From H-E-B to the US Post office, everything is within a 5 mile radius, including civil services such as Cibolo Police and Fire Department as well as Schertz Animal Hospital.  Falcon Ridge is also surrounded by numerous beautiful parks, most notably Schlather Park, which is known for its paved walking trails, playgrounds, and 18 hole disc golf course.

Falcon Ridge offers up a diverse selection of housing. Built by DR Horton in the early 2000's, homes range from petite single story houses with three bedrooms  to the larger 3,000 sq ft home on a bit larger of a lot. Prices range from the high $100k's to the mid $200k's and average around $225k.

Students living in Falcon Ridge are zoned to attend schools that are part of the Schertz-Cibolo-Uniersity City Independent School District. Elementary aged students are zoned to attend Wiederstein Elementary School, while 4-6 graders attend Elaine S. Schlather Intermediate School, 7-8 graders attend J. Frank Dobie Junior High School, and high schoolers attend Samuel Clemens Hight School.  All schools are highly rated and offer top-notch educational opportunities.

Falcon Ridge is a tightly knit community with comfortable access to all the necessary amenities a family oriented neighborhood requires.  With close proximity to San Antonio and all the big city amenities it offers, along with easy access to Randolph AFB and Ft. Sam Houston, it is no wonder this neighborhood is highly desired by people in many different life stages!
